Dav and Em were great, David’s lifelong experience in Audiology, (His Father is an audiologist) gave me complete confidence in the whole clinical experience. My being able to hear better is priceless. Great job you two.

I have one hearing aid that I got three years ago. When I got to today’s checkup my hearing aid wasn’t working and I was afraid I had to get a new one. John Britton looked and my ears, checked my hearing aid and said the microphones were clogged. He always is so helpful and kind.

I wasn’t expecting the courtesy or the professionalism I was in store for.
The information I was given and the free ear cleaning was incredible. If you haven’t experienced this than I challenge everyone who thinks your hearing is fading to take the time to just go and let them check you out!!

Was greeted by friendly repersentative, who ask for hearing aid to be cleaned and evaluated.
Met with Kevin, he checked ears for wax and explained that aids where in good working order. talked about kolher implant and hearing aid working together. Set next appt at 6 months.

The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Amanda Vasquez is absolutely so attentive, caring, and helpful with any of my concerns. She puts me at ease and makes me feel comfortable with my new way of life! I like getting phone and email reminders. Thank you all-you do make a difference!

Livingston has friendly folks who understand the challenges of adapting to hearing aids…they have put up with my frustrations with amazing good cheer. They too know that nothing can be as perfect as God- created normal hearing but work to help make hearing as best as man-made can be.😅👍

Great service and results from Dr Gold and Caroline at the Carrolton, TX location! It’s amazing how much better I’m hearing than before, and I appreciated Dr Gold discovering and then explaining to me that I had a more rare form of hearing loss. I definitely came to the right place!

Never had a bad experience with Livingston hearing, they’re always kind and helpful.
Tim Martinez takes care of any issue,
And he’s wonderfully patient with my mom every time we leave there she always says what a nice young man:). Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for hearing aids.
